What problems or challenges were you facing prior to working with Sofia? What did you want to achieve that you were excited to work together on?

We were complete novices when it came to presenting our work in a way that connected with our different audiences. We knew what we wanted to achieve but lacked the clarity and confidence to communicate it effectively. Sofia helped us bring structure and strategy to our messaging something we really needed.

 What was it like working with Sofia? How did you find the overall process?

Tell me about the results you’ve celebrated since working with Sofia – what happened?

Since working with Sofia, we’ve seen a real shift in how our work is received. We’ve had people mention seeing our updated materials and messaging. There’s been a noticeable lift in community engagement and new opportunities have started to come through. 

What would you say to someone thinking of working with Sofia?
